段晨(1995-),女,管理学博士,2024年毕业于三峡大学管理科学与工程专业,获得管理学博士学位,专注于电子商务、在线客户服务、情感分析和智能对话系统等方向研究。近年来作为重要成员参与国家社科基金重大项目、政府委托项目等多项研究课题。担任《BMC MEDICAL INFORMATICS AND DECISION MAKING》《Neural Computing and Applications》等学术期刊匿名审稿人。
